Lauren joined Crawford-Butz in 2011, and much of her work is done cheerfully behind the scenes. She answers the phone, manages the front desk, does some accounting, coordinates commissions, runs reports, and assists with new-employee onboarding. She especially enjoys getting to know our clients and resolving issues as they arise. Before her Crawford-Butz days, Lauren earned a master’s degree in social work and worked with Catholic Charities Refugee Services. She and agent Kevin Butz live in Crestwood and have four children.
Lauren says: It’s always best to have an agent you can call and speak with on the phone. The Internet is great, but you can never replace the advice of an expert who knows you.
