Steve Butz joined his father, Norbert, at the agency in 1982 and quickly became one of the leading producers within the agency.  In 2000, he and his brother Mike purchased the agency from their dad.  At the same time, they relocated the headquarters to a new and current location at 9700 Mackenzie in South County. 

Steve is the president of the Crawford-Butz Insurance Agency and acts as the lead producer and sales manager for the personal lines division.  He is licensed in all lines of insurance for Life and Health and Property/Casualty. 

Mr. Butz received his B.S. degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis and also holds a certification from the College of Financial Planning.
