This is the very reason you bought insurance in the first place; if and when an incident occurred to you or your business.  The Crawford-Butz Insurance Agency believes that courteous, dependable claims handling is the cornerstone of our relationship with our clients.  When you have a claim, we’ll work with you and your insurance company to make sure it is handled as efficiently as possible.    

To Report a Claim:

1. Check your policy.  It may contain special instructions.  If it does, follow those instructions and contact us if you need any assistance.  We are here for you and are ready to help.
   
2. Call the toll free number of your insurance company and report the details of the claim directly to them.  Many companies require that the individual or business that owns the insurance policy must be the one who reports the claim since they typically have the most details and are the named insured on the insurance contract.
